Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Methods:

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options. Payments must be made in advance or at the time of booking

2. Packages and Payments:

Payment for packages must be made in full at the time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and can be transferable.

3. Invoice Installment Payments:

Payments installments can be made on large packages.

(a) The installment can be made in 2 equal parts, the first is due one day before or on the day of the first session. The second installment is due 14 days later. A 0.1% charge will apply to each installment.

(b) Payment installments can be made in 3 equal parts. The first installment is due one day before or on the day of the session, with subsequent installments owing 14 days apart. A 0.1% charge will apply to each installment

There will be a 2% charge on late installment payments

Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable except in cases where PT HUB OSLO cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation MUST be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid none-rescheduling of the session. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Packages and Memberships:

Once purchased, packages and memberships are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a session within a package, the above individual session cancellation policy applies.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your session within 24 hours notice online or by sending an SMS. Rescheduling requests made before 24 hours of the original session will incur the same fees as cancellations.

Emergency Situations:

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis and strive to accommodate a reasonable solution by offering indefinite expiration on packages
