Specialist coaching for junior and senior athletes in hockey, track and field, football and handball. Each programme is tailored to the athlete’s age, ability, position and sporting goals - developing strength, speed, explosive power, agility, endurance and injury resilience for improved performance in training and competition.
Avbestillingsregler
Cancellation: MUST be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid none-rescheduling of the session. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session within 24 hours notice online or by sending an SMS. rescheduling requests made before 24 hours of the original session will incur the same fees as cancellations.
